Ordered a venti iced latte with less ice. I kid you not the one on the left is what I received. So you mean to tell me the ice makes up THAT MUCH of the drink? I didn’t order no ice, I just asked for less. There’s still ice in the drink. I ordered the exact same thing at the location a few miles down the road, Darrington drive. What they gave me is on the right. I contacted my bank immediately and provided pictures and will be receiving a refund. I will never return here again, however I just wanted you all to be aware of what a scam this place is.

My boyfriend and I love this Starbucks location! We come by often, but this morning in particular I was touched by how kind and wonderful my barista was! She gave me her name which I’m unfortunately not sure how to spell- it was pronounced LC. Fantastic service all around, especially from her!

Their drive thru people at this location are rude and basically come up with an excuse to not do what you request. I've had to stop going here and postponing my starbucks till I'm closer to the Lake Boone location. They are some of the kindest and most accomodating folks there.

On two separate occurrences in the morning I've had the order taker fight with me over the speaker. Once she told me she couldn't give me the dried strawberry inclusions that come in my pink drink on the side, even after I confirmed I was paying for them. Then she told me they couldn't leave a confections in the clear packaging because it didn't have nutritional info on it. I just wanted to put something extra for snack in a 4 y.o. bookbag. The packaging keeps it sanitary and fresh. Just so everyone is aware... EVERY location around this one does this.

Austin was very sweet, and made my strawberry matcha to perfection! He even recommended a slice of their strawberry matcha loaf cake. It was delicious. Great place to study and grab a cold midday beverage!
